Your card
What is Cincio?
Cincio is one profile you own. Put your details and links on a card, choose who sees each one, and share it with a link. Change a number once and everyone you are connected to has the new one.
Who sees what?
Your name, role and organisation start public so people can find you. Phone numbers and emails start visible to connections only. You can change any detail at any time.
How do I change my details?
Open My card, change a detail and save. People who can see that detail see the new one straight away.
How do I sign in?
We email you a six-digit code. It works once and lasts ten minutes. There is no password.
What does "Claimed by owner" mean?
The person this card is about made it themselves and confirmed their email or phone. An organisation cannot claim someone else's card. It is not an ID check.
Will there be a check on cards?
Planned, not on sale. A check will mean one thing: a government ID was checked, on the month shown. It will not move anyone up the directory or any list.
What does someone see when they open my link?
Only what you made public. They can save your details to their contacts. Details set to connections only stay hidden until you accept them.
What is a membership link?
A page a person makes to show where they are listed. They choose every detail and can switch it off. It shows what the organisation listed, read when you open it. Cincio does not check identity documents; not for regulatory compliance or eligibility decisions.
Connecting
What is a connect request?
Someone asks to connect. You see who, and what they would see of your card. Nothing more is shared until you accept.
How do I end a connection?
Open the person in Connections and choose Remove. They are not told, and they stop seeing your connections-only details.
Can I stop someone seeing my card?
Yes. Block them from their card or from Connections. They are not told, and your card looks missing to them.
Teams
My team listed my card. What now?
Your team added a card with the details it has. Sign in, then open the personal claim link your team gave you. From then on the card is yours and the team can no longer change it. Until then only your name, role and organisation show.
How does a team list its people?
Set up a team, paste a list of names and roles, and share each person's claim link. Anyone listed can ask for their card to be removed.
What does Verified mean on an organisation?
Cincio found a code from the organisation on its own website: in its DNS records or in a small file. It means whoever runs the website set up the page. It does not mean the organisation is registered, licensed or recommended. We look again every month; if the code is gone for two checks, the check goes.
Directory
Am I in the directory?
Only if you chose to be. Listing is off until you switch it on in Settings under Privacy and data. Hidden details never appear.
What is the AI overview?
When you ask the directory a question, an AI writes a short overview from the public details of listed people and companies. It may be wrong, so check the entries below it.
Your data
Not you? Request removal
If a card describes you and you do not want it, ask for removal from the card's page. You do not need an account. We confirm with the person described, then remove the card.
Report a card
Impersonation, abuse or phishing: report the card from its page.
Export or delete my data
In your account you can download everything in an open format, or delete your account.
