You can take everything Cincio holds about you, in an open format, any time.
Download everything#
- Open Settings, then Privacy and data.
- Choose Download my data, then Download my data again on the account page.
You get one JSON file, cincio-my-data.json, with your card, who can see what, your connections, your teams and your reports. You can download once an hour. Downloading is on the web app for now.
Spreadsheet files#
On Privacy and data you can also download CSV files for Excel or Google Sheets:
- My card as CSV: only the details on your card.
- My connections as CSV: each person's name and the details they let you see. The file holds other people's details, so keep it somewhere private.
Nothing is sent to anyone. Organization owners can also download their people list as a CSV (names, roles and whether each person claimed; no phone numbers or emails).
Ask us instead#
Write to privacy@cincio.app. We confirm it is you with a code sent to the email on your account, and answer within 30 days.
