The basics#
What is Cincio?#
One profile you own. Put your details and links on a card, choose who sees each one, and share it with a link or QR code. Change a number once and everyone you are connected to has the new one. Cincio also has a directory of people and organizations who chose to be listed, and Sign in with Cincio for other apps.
Is it free?#
Yes. Your card, link page, connections, directory listing, export and Sign in with Cincio are free, and you do not need a card. See Is Cincio free?.
Do you show ads or sell my data?#
No ads anywhere, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Where do I sign up?#
You do not need a separate step. Enter your email at cincio.app/sign-in and the code we send creates your account. See Sign up and sign in.
Privacy#
Who sees my details?#
Only the people you choose, detail by detail: Public, Connections or Only me. See Make your card.
Am I in the directory?#
Only if you turned on List me in the directory in Settings, under Privacy and data. See directory.
Someone made a card about me. What now?#
Open the card and choose Ask for it to be removed. No account needed. Or claim it if you want it; see Teams and organizations.
How do I export or delete my data?#

Do you use cookies?#
No cookies for sign-in or tracking: the app keeps your session in your device's own storage. Public card pages set no cookie, load no third-party script and show no ads. See the privacy policy.
Verification#
What does "Claimed by owner" mean?#
The person the card is about made it themselves and confirmed their email or phone. It is not an ID check.
What does "Verified" mean on an organization?#
We found a code from the organization on its own website. It does not mean the organization is registered, licensed or recommended. See Teams and organizations.
The directory and AI#
What is the AI overview?#
When you ask the directory a question, an AI writes a short overview from the public details of listed people and companies. It can be wrong, so check the entries below it.
Help and safety#
How do I report a card?#
Open the card page and choose Report this card. We aim to act within 24 hours.
How do I reach you?#
Email support@cincio.app. We answer in the order we receive messages. For privacy requests write to privacy@cincio.app. To report a security issue, write to security@cincio.app.
