An organization lists its people so each person can claim their own card. Anyone can set one up for free; a team of up to 5 people is free.

Set up your organization#

  1. Open Settings, then Set up a team.
  2. Enter the organization name and choose Create organization.

List your people#

On the organization page, add people three ways:

  • Add one person: name, optional role, and a phone number or email they will use to claim.
  • Paste people: one per line, as name, role, phone or email. Write phone numbers with + and the country code, or choose a country for local numbers.
  • Import a CSV: columns name, role, and email or phone (up to 1,000 rows or 400 KB). Choose Download the template for the layout.

Cincio does not message anyone. Choose Get invite link for each person and send it yourself, for example on WhatsApp. The link works once and lasts 30 days. You see "N of M claimed".

What a listed person sees#

They sign in, open the personal link, and the card is theirs. Until then only their name, role and organization show, and the page and contact file stay private. After they claim, the organization can no longer change the card. Anyone listed can ask for their card to be removed; unclaimed cards are removed within 72 hours of the request.

Remove someone from your list and their own card and connections stay if they claimed it. An unclaimed card is deleted.

Show on the directory#

Add a category and a city, then turn on List this organization in the directory. You can also add a one-line description, about text, the year started, team size and a hiring page link.

Verify your domain (free)#

Verified means we found a code from the organization on its own website. Add one of these:

  • a DNS TXT record on _cincio.yourdomain.com, value cincio-verify=<code>, or
  • a file at https://yourdomain.com/.well-known/cincio.txt containing the same line.

It shows that whoever runs the website set it up. It does not mean the organization is registered, licensed or recommended. We check again every month; if the code is gone for two checks, the mark goes.

Leaving the owner role#

If you own an organization that has other admins, hand over ownership or delete the organization before you delete your account.
